The value for the money was great, with comfortable rooms and a convenient location in the heart of the old town. The staff at Plaza was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider selection of options.

The location was jaw-dropping - just a 5-minute walk to downtown! The rooms were super clean, well-appointed, and some even had private balconies. The shower was mind-blowing, with a rain-type shower head and a hand-held option. The hot water flow was consistent and the soap/shampoo dispenser was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely be back!

The hotel's location is great, being in the heart of the city center and within walking distance from the University Building and close to the Christmas Market. The rooms are clean and the showers are unusually spacious for Europe. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant serves delicious food.
The breakfast may not always be a buffet, and the heating system may not always work, which can be disappointing during colder months.

Very helpfull and friendly staff. Clean rooms with basic comfort and minibar. For internet a cable is needed but was provided by the hotel.
Breakfast buffet was disappointing, bread tasted rather dry but fresh omelet was ok.

Definitely not a 4* hotel.. Maybe not even 3*. It's only a city wedding hall/restaurant with small parking place and building surroundings.

The hotel had a convenient location close to the Christmas market and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, which was a plus.
The hotel didn't meet my expectations. The bathroom was cramped and the shower was not functioning properly.

The breakfast was rich, the personnel was extremely helpfull and nice and the food in the restaurant is great. The rooms are modern, well equipped and the bed has an excellent matress. I had a very enjoyable experience and I was happy to find welcoming fruits in the room.

Great location, easy to find and close to attractions. Nice balcony view and comfortable room. The breakfast was good and they even had gluten-free options. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The rest of the stay was a disaster. Our supposed "romantic escape" was cut short due to the noisy and dirty surroundings.

Access to the internet was poor form the guest rooms. you had to go to the reception area to have a good enough signal

The room was large, very comfortable and unexpectedly it even contained a jacuzzi. Well stocked minibar and extensive room service menu.
Two weddings were held in the hotel during my visit. The first one wasn't bad, and although I could hear faint music from my room, it wasn't particularly annoying. The second wedding however was far louder and went on till about 3.30am. There was no way I could sleep with all that noise. Because of this experience I will not consider staying at this hotel again. The management does not seem to realise that luxurious rooms count for nothing if you cannot get a good night's sleep in them. The only way you can marry loud events and hotels is with good soundproofing which unfortunately was very lacking in this hotel. Two other negative points - no coffee making facilities in the room and the jacuzzi drain stank to the extent that I kept pouring water down the drain in an attempt to reduce the stink. And yes, I could smell it from the bed. I would rather have done without the jacuzzi than have to endure that stink.

The hotel is located in the center of the city and the staff is really helpful - while checking in, I was able to actually see and choose from three different rooms. I'd say that the staff friendly approach does compensate for the inconveniences.
Well, the bathroom equipment is not working as it should. The rooms are not sound proofed and during the weekend you can hear all the wedding songs and all the ladies going up and down on the stairs. And yes, there is a firehouse station behind the hotel and the sirens can be heard easily.
